All Augusta recycling carts with the blue lid will be removed over the next couple of months.Richmond County residents who wish to continue recycling must register for the new curbside recycling program managed by Coastal Waste & Recycling.Registration for Coastals new curbside recycling program begins on August 1, 2025, and recycling services will begin January 1, 2026.If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Augusta 311 via email at 311@augustaga.gov or call 706-821-2300. Regarding the request for a 2nd HH cart, only the owner can make this request because it will affect the property taxes.
