    Someone removed the cover to a utility box in the front yard, cut zipties, and appears to have adjusted wires near the road. It looks like a cable box for fiber optics and internet like wires (~2ft tall and rectangular mounted to the light pole at ground level recieving underground wires). There is also a green marker flag next to it, not sure what that's about either. The work area looks abandoned.
