- The owner of Chevy's Night Club, Mike Snowberger, is in violation of the City of Augusta ordinance & the Richmond County ordinance that provides protections for the LGBTQ regarding Gender Identity inside of public accommodations. On March 24th of this year, I sent a message regarding the treatment I received at the establishment in Late May of last year. Today, April 24th, I received a response confirming that almost a year later, they are still enforcing the anti-trans bathroom rules.
