SR Comments update: /*CSR/311 SR#: 25-00046411 - Jun 10, 2025 09 26 41 - (The customer stated there is some low hanging limbs that was in the road and the customer could not merge over due to another car on the road, customer stated the windshield cracked along with paiSpoke with Ms.Hall was able to give me her email address she will send pictures and video and fwd to the adjuster assigned to Patrice Spoke with Ms. Hall. She sent pictures and video. Advised we would have to go out and inspect. Weather permitting it would be tomorrow or Friday before we can get out and I would call her around the first of next week.Spoke with Ms. Hall and let her know we were not able to get out in the field due to very limited staff in the office. However we are getting out tomorrow and she know more by Wednesday or Thursday. She said that was fine she was in Missouri right noCalled Ms. Hall no answer. Left message tree limb is from private property and not city owned property.Closed Claim.
