Manhole Issue

NONE. SR Comments update: When I arrived I checked the upstream and downstream manhole they were open and running customer had 2 four inch clean out up by the building that was open and running so I spoke with everyone in the area no one was experiencing a backup so I checked the water meter and noticed the at 2374 Windsor ct water meter was spinning I notified the customer that she would have a water leak an they would need to call a plumber.
