Inoperable Vehicle (3-5-135)

NONE. SR Comments update: On Monday, May 18, 2026, at 1206hrs, I followed up at the above listed address. I did find a silver 1999 Toyota Camry with no tag, VIN- 2T1CF28PXXC219816, vehicle registration is expired but has valid insurance the vehicle is parked on the side of the house, the vehicle is not operational according to tenant Brenda Scott (706) 496-1066. Ms. Scott advised the vehicle was placed there by a wrecking service a while back ago. Ms. Scott was advised the vehicle needs to be made operational and to have valid registration. I observe spare tires on the property near the street, and lots of metal debris and clothing around the entire property. I advised Ms. Scott the property is considered a nuisance property, and she needed to work on getting it cleaned up. Ms. Scott advised she would start getting the property cleared of all the debris.I provided Ms. Scott with all proper paperwork for notification on the property. No further action at this time, will follow up in 10 days.
