Illegal Dumping

NONE. SR Comments update: I arrived on scene and observed fencing debris and scrap tires that have been dumped on this property. The tires were previously dumped however the fencing is new. I made contact with the complainant and advised due to this being on private property ESD will not remove. I provided him with options to combat the dumping.
