- Dispute missed trash collection response. Respectfully, the conclusion that the cart was ‘refilled’ is incorrect. Two household trash carts were placed curbside prior to 7AM, as we do weekly. One cart was serviced and the second cart was missed entirely. The remaining full cart was not refilled after pickup; it was the original second cart that was never emptied. If video footage exists, I request confirmation that footage shows both carts being serviced, not just one. Please reopen the request
